SHIPPING POLICY
All orders will be shipped within 2 to 3 business days after being placed for processing at our fulfillment facilities. Please Note: we are unable to issue refunds for orders placed on our website where an incorrect or incomplete customer address was provided by a customer.
30-DAY RETURN POLICY ON UNOPENED MEDICAL DEVICES:
At Dynamo, we want you to be 100% satisfied with our medical mobility aids products. If you receive an item where a part is missing or something breaks due to manufacturing issue, please let us know right away.

LIFETIME LIMITED WARRANTY
Dynamo Cyclone Cane and Swing Cane aluminum frame are warranted to be free of defects in material and workmanship for a lifetime for the original consumer. These devices were built to quality standards and inspected prior to shipment. The Dynamo Lifetime Limited Warranty for the aluminum frame on the Dynamo Cyclone Cane and Dynamo Swing Cane is an expression of confidence in the material and workmanship of our products.
In the event of a defect covered by this warranty, we will at our option, repair or replace the device. Proof of purchase of the original owner is required. This warranty does not cover device failure due to owner misuse, negligence, or normal wear and tear. The warranty does not extend to non-durable components such as plastic accessories, foam covered parts or synthetic rubber parts, which are subject to normal wear, tear and replacement. Non-Durable Parts* are warranted for 30-days of purchase. See the table below for more details about our warranty coverage.
